1.脫硫效率高 生物脫硫設(shè)備運(yùn)行中硫化氫(H2S)去除率最高達(dá)到99.5%以上,并可去除其它有機(jī)硫化物,如(COS)氧硫化碳。
1. High desulfurization efficiency: During the operation of biological desulfurization equipment, the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can reach up to 99.5% or more, and other organic sulfides such as carbon oxysulfide (COS) can be removed.
2.運(yùn)行成本低 生物脫硫廢氣處理成套設(shè)備雖然前期一次性投入較大,但運(yùn)行不需要添加昂貴的化學(xué)試劑,運(yùn)行成本是傳統(tǒng)脫硫工藝的十分之一,乃至幾十分之一。

4.無二次污染 傳統(tǒng)的濕法脫硫會產(chǎn)生大量的洗滌液廢水,傳統(tǒng)干法脫硫工藝會產(chǎn)生大量的固體廢棄物,都容易產(chǎn)生二次污染,而生物脫硫產(chǎn)生的單質(zhì)硫通過沉淀的方式直接可回收利用,無二次污染。
4. No secondary pollution. Traditional wet desulfurization produces a large amount of washing wastewater, while traditional dry desulfurization processes produce a large amount of solid waste, both of which are prone to secondary pollution. However, the elemental sulfur produced by biological desulfurization can be directly recycled through precipitation, without secondary pollution.
5.勞動強(qiáng)度低 傳統(tǒng)干法脫硫工藝需要經(jīng)常更換脫硫劑,勞動強(qiáng)度大,而生物脫硫工藝運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,基本不需要設(shè)備維護(hù)。
5. Low labor intensity. Traditional dry desulfurization processes require frequent replacement of desulfurizers and high labor intensity, while biological desulfurization processes operate stably and require minimal equipment maintenance.
